At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was the Community Outreach Manager of Pacific Free Clinic (one of Stanford’s two student-run free clinics). To help our patients regain access to care, we launched a telehealth free clinic that was open on Saturdays and Sundays. In addition to helping with overall logistics and coordination, I led the creation of our social needs screening and referral protocols, as well as referrals to primary healthcare services.
